    Dave Walick, MD

    Psychiatrist

    Dr. Walick is a board-certified Adult and Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist with years of clinical practice. He specializes in the comprehensive psychiatric treatment of children and adults, and his wide array of experience allows him to be comfortable treating across generations.

  • Justin Michener, PhD

    Psychologist

    Dr. Michener is a Licensed Psychologist with over a decade of experience providing psychological evaluation and psychotherapy to adolescents and adults, specializing in the assessment and treatment of generalized anxiety, depression, work and school difficulties, and ADHD. Dr. Michener developed and leads The ADHD Clinic for Adults & Emerging Adults.

  • Emily Marcheschi, PsyD

    Psychologist

    Dr. Marcheschi is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in supporting children, adolescents, and families. She has clinical expertise (and a passion for) treating a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges facing adolescents and young adults, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, low self-esteem, self-harm, life transitions, disordered eating, and the general stresses of being a teenager (or really anybody) in today’s world.

  • Clio Pitula, PhD

    Psychologist

    Dr. Pitula is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in individualized, evidence-based treatments for OCD, anxiety disorders, and stress/trauma in children, adolescents, adults, and families. Broadly speaking, her goal is to support individuals and families in coping effectively with anxiety and stressors in order to live a meaningful life.

  • Peter Goodwin, PsyD

    Psychologist

    Dr. Peter Goodwin is a licensed clinical psychologist who provides psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, couples, and families. He has extensive training in existential, relational, and narrative perspectives in psychotherapy.  Dr. Goodwin believes in the transformative power of storytelling and the importance of developing a self-reflective practice inside and outside the therapeutic encounter.

    Grace Cheney, M.D.

    Psychiatrist

    Dr. Grace Cheney is a board-certified adult and child & adolescent Psychiatrist. We are excited to announce that she joined The Arete Center in July 2023 after completing additional fellowship training at Stanford. Dr. Cheney is a Clinical Assistant Professor and works in Stanford’s innovative Adult ADHD Evaluation Clinic. Dr. Cheney’s interests include attention deficit hyperactivity disorder across the lifespan, mood and anxiety disorders, educational optimization (IEP/504), and developmental neuroscience.
